It’s a respiratory disease and just like the regular flu only in the end you can’t breathe enough anymore and die. It’s from Mexico and started from pigs. It’s an airborne disease and highly contagious.
This is everything you need to know about it:

The symptoms of the Swine Flu are as follows:
You won’t feel any symptoms, you will die as soon as you’re infected. Your blood will fill your lungs and you will drown.

The way to prevent the Swine Flu:
You can’t. If you catch it, you will most certainly die.

The swine flu is in fact the epidemic that will turn every living person in NYC into zombie like creatures, Will Smith will be the only survivor, and it will later be made into a movie called I Am Legend, based on the book by Richard Matherson (by the way, it’s way better that the movie) however, Will Smith will be the only one who can watch it because he is the only survivor.

The current strain of swine flu that is wreaking havoc world-wide is apparently a never-before-seen strain. It is a combination of avian flu, swine flu, and human flu. Unlike the traditional flu virus, which commonly infects infants and the elderly, this new strain appears to be afflicting individuals between the ages of 20 and 40 years. This is highly unusual for a flu virus, and demonstrates that we have yet to develop an immunity to this strain. This also indicates that it may have been man-made, as such unusual viral combinations rarely occur in nature.

It appears to have originated in Mexico, although there was a similar swine flu virus that infected some people back in the 70s.

Your best bet is to wash your hands and stock up on some Vitamin C

    What is swine flu?
It is a respiratory disease affecting pigs that is caused by type A influenza virus. Most outbreaks occur during the late fall and winter months, similar to influenza outbreaks in humans.

    Does it affect humans?
Swine flu viruses very rarely affect humans. However, sporadic human infections with swine flu have occurred. These cases commonly occur in people with direct exposure to pigs.

How does it spread to humans?
It spreads to humans mainly through contact with infected pigs.

Can people catch swine flu from eating pork?
There is currently no evidence to suggest that swine flu can be transmitted to humans from eating pork or pork products that have been thoroughly cooked.

    What are the symptoms?
The symptoms of swine flu are similar to the symptoms of regular influenza. An early symptom is high fever, and this is followed by cough, sore throat, runny nose, and sometimes breathlessness a few days later.

How can the infections be diagnosed?
A respiratory specimen would be collected within the first four to five days of illness, when the infected person is most likely to be shedding the virus. However, some, especially children, may shed the virus for 10 days or longer.

What medications are available to treat the infection?
There are four different antiviral drugs that are licensed for use in Singapore: amantadine, rimantadine, oseltamivir and zanamivir.
While most swine flu viruses have been susceptible to all four drugs, the most recent swine flu viruses isolated from humans are resistant to amantadine and rimantadine. At this time, the US CDC recommends the use of oseltamivir (Tamiflu) or zanamivir (Relenza) for the treatment and/or prevention of infection with swine flu viruses.

the swine flu comes from some kind of disese that the pigs have. the germs in the **** and urin and just ferms from them created some kind of terrible disese. it started in mexico. if i were yo i would use a lot of handsanitizers and just to let u know wearing a surgical mask doesnt do anything cuz the germ is so small it can go through the mask. this is somthing that needs to be treated vry seriosuly.

Swine flu (swine influenza) is a disease of pigs. It is a highly contagious respiratory disease caused by one of many Influenza A viruses. Approximately 1% to 4% of pigs that get swine flu die from it. It is spread among pigs by direct and indirect contact, aerosols, and from pigs that are infected but do not have symptoms. In many parts of the world pigs are vaccinated against swine flu. Most commonly, swine flu is of the H1N1 influenza subtype. However, they can sometimes come from the other types, such as H1N2, H3N1, and H3N2. The current outbreak of swine flu that has infected humans is of the H1N1 type - this type is not as dangerous as some others.

WHO is not 100% sure yet
“swine” flu is a combination of bird, pig, and human strands of the flu they aren’t sure how it mutated
    its very contagious
but no one in the US has died yet so it doesn’t end with your respiratory system failing…it sounds more like dehydration
    over 150 died in Mexico
if it gets in schools it has to be shut down for a minimum of 7 days
fever, vomiting, cough, sore throat, chills…normal flu and stomach flu symptoms
its similar to what happended in the 70s funny how history repeats itself
it does NOT come from eating pig meat!!!!!
