curious asked: I’m trying to lose weight. I’m only 15 years old and it’s hard for me to go to a gym or to buy exercise equipment to exercise in the house. The only thing really holding me back from going on a diet is exercise because i know it’s hard to lose weight without exercise. Could someone help me?

Peace69 asked: I know I’m answering my own question, but I would like to know other people’s experiences with exercise and feeling mentally sharp. Please let me know of differences in mental acuity between weeks or months of not exercising and exercising regularly. I’m particularly interested in those people who have lost a lot of weight and the memory performance differences between being overweight and being at normal weight.

Kimmy asked: The buzz lately is that you can burn about 500 calories, tone up and lose weight quickly by exercising for only 30 minutes on a spinning bike.
I have a regular exercise bike and cannot afford a spinning bike or classes. Would I be able to achieve the same results by exercising for 30 minutes a day on my exercise bike?
Please explain to me the difference between the two bikes and how they work differently to give different results?

♥TeenieWoo♥ asked: What exercises can I do to get rid of back bulges/fat that are right where my bras sits? Is there a website that can show me pictures as well? I have a work-out band, which I love to use, so is there an exercise that can be involved with that? Thanks tons.

bombastic asked: Experts say that exercise is great for the heart. On the other hand, they also say that when people are overweight, have high blood pressure or diabetes their heart works too hard. Then how is it that exercising and making your heart work hard a good thing? Can someone explain this contradiction?

sputnik asked: I’m really not into sports. I’ve tried badminton, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, and swimming, and I don’t like all of them. I’ve tried going to the gym, but I just can’t motivate myself to make it a habit. I’m trying to slim down a bit but I don’t know what exercise is good for me since I easily get bored with normal workouts and stuff. Can you recommend any fun sport/exercise/workout technique?

Josh Finor asked: I would just like to know what exercise could I do everyday at home to have better endurance(endurance for running)? And is stretching done only in the beginning of the exercise or after the exercise?
Thanks in advance!
I have a lot of snow outside of my house, so I can’t run outside,
but I’m looking for an exercise that can be done inside the house and that doesn’t require any equipment, if possible,
Thanks

Kasm asked: I wake up every morning at 8 to exercise. Should I eat something before I workout? If so how long should I wait after eating to exercise? I don’t really have time in the morning so Im planning on just waking up and working out on a empty stomach.
Any opinions?
